We are not in the market to make money out of postage. Therefore, be assured that you are only charged what we are charged to dispatch stock to you. We happily offer combined postage on all of our items, and will ship up to 12 bottles purchased on a single freight label. Should you wish to combine purchases, please let us know? For your convenience, we have configured our checkout to use the rates charged by combined carriers nationally, so you have all the information up front according to your postcode. Please note that couriers do not deliver on weekends, and will only deliver during normal business hours. Furthermore, couriers cannot provide a designated delivery day or time (frustrating, we know!!).
It is advisable to list a delivery address where someone will be available to accept delivery. If this is not possible, please advise our office promptly. Due to the risks of theft, heat damage and strict liquor laws governing underage drinking, we are unable to leave products without signature or unattended. Carriers will leave a card in your letterbox advising you of an attempted delivery if you are not able to take possession of goods, with further instructions on re-delivery options.

Most deliveries along the eastern seaboard are received within 3-4 business days of dispatch . Country areas are normally 5-7 business days, and Western Australia 7-10 business days. Please note that during major holidays (Easter & Christmas), these times are normally longer.
Please be aware of our heat policy – we monitor temperatures across the country and reserve the right to hold back dispatch of your goods at our discretion due to the risks of heat damage. Should you require your goods promptly, please contact us to arrange special packaging and immediate dispatch.

Please remember that wine & whisky is a fragile and sensitive product, and once it has left our warehouse, is in the hands of the carriers….and damage does unfortunately happen (but not very often at all, thankfully!).
