We use a wide variety of factors to establish the fair market value of a bottle. Current market conditions, domestic and international retail prices, domestic and international secondary market pricing and our own sell price track record, the condition, provenance, stock levels and also recent auction activity all play a role in determining our offer price. Should we make an offer to buy direct, our offer will be a fair reflection of the wines true market value which we will happily discuss with you.
Once we have received your stock listing either via online submission or email and we have been in touch to advise and proceed, any wine suitable for sale can be dropped off at our conveniently located climate controlled warehouse located in Artarmon on Sydney’s lower north shore. Please note that this is by appointment only, so please call us on (02) 80604650 to ensure that we are there to meet you and handle the receival process promptly and professionally.
For 10 dozen or more cases that are deemed suitable for Auction, we offer a complimentary collection service where we will pick up your wine directly from you if located within the Sydney Metro area and your wine is pre-packed prior to collection. Payment for items sold is transferred into your nominated bank account no later than 21 working days after the end of the sale. You will receive the full hammer price less our seller’s commission plus GST.
